GOAL: The clients wanted to update the look of the restaurant and adjust the marketing and advertising to bring in new clients with the ultimate goal of selling the restaurant

WORK: We updated the logo, created a new look on all menus, updated ads, and created database for postcard mailers with coupons for specific items for tracking, created radio program, and designed new shirts for staff.
OUTCOME: Postcard coupon returns increased by 25%, new lunch program increased by 12%, high-margin item sales increased 50% with specific layout of new menu. The new menus gave the restaurant a "national chain" look. The owners sold Bananas Restaurant within 18 months.
